Day 1: Arrival in Bilbao

Arrival in Bilbao. Check-in at the hotel, accommodation and dinner at the hotel.


Day 2: Bilbao

After breakfast at the hotel,guided tour to discover the origins and changes of the city. Firstly visit its walls, the Gothic cathedral of Santiago, the Plaza Nueva, the church of San Antón, etc. Then discover the modern architecture of the Ensanche and Abandoibarra neighborhoods, such as the surprising Guggenheim Museum. Lunch in a restaurant and rest of the day free. Dinner at the hotel and accommodation.


Day 3: La Guardia

After breakfast departure for the region of La Rioja, world famous for its wine. Visit of a winery with wine tasting and lunch near the city of Haro. Then continue to the town of Laguardia, set on a hill in the heart of La Rioja. The small fortified town, surrounded by vineyards is amazing. Check-in, accommodation and dinner near the towns of Castejón-Tudela.


Day 4: The Natural Park of Bardenas Reales – Zaragoza

After breakfast, departure to discover the Bardenas Reales Natural Park and its wild desert landscapes. Its particularity is due to the erosion of its soils which forms an almost lunar universe, strewn with ravines, plateaus and solitary mounds. It was a source of inspiration for painters and writers, and it was also used as a base scenario for filming. After this guided tour, departure for Zaragoza and lunch. Discover the most emblematic places (exterior views) of the city such as the basilica Cathedral of El Pilar. Dinner and accommodationat the hotel..


Day 5: Sigüenza – Madrid

After breakfast, departure for the town Sigüenza. This city is mainly known for its 12th century medieval castle, set in an Arab citadel. This castle is now transformed into a Parador hotel, where you will enjoy a delicious meal. Then departure to the capital, Madrid, check-in and dinner at the hotel.


Day 6: Madrid

After breakfast, guided tour of Madrid to discover emblematic places (external views). Near the Plaza Mayor you find the “aristocratic center” with the royal palace. On one side, Oriente Square, the Opera Theater and the modern Almudena Cathedral. The Plaza de la Puerta del Sol, surrounded by a commercial area, and the “Paseo del Arte”, named after its incomparable museums, palaces and gardens. Lunch in a restaurant and rest of the day free. Dinner at the hotel.


Day 7: Departure

Breakfast and check-out.
