Gastronoma in Valencia is a trade fair for the catering industry and presents its visitors with new business ideas and solutions for the challenges of the market. Gastrónoma is an open forum and designed so that in Valencia, great chefs, small but big producers, manufacturers, distributors …, join with the fundamental objective of energizing and reinforcing the entire value chain of the Gastronomy sector, both in its more professional scope as to the gourmet public.

Gastronomy,  will gather in Hall 5 of the fairgrounds more than 170 brands -between wineries, manufacturers, distributors, machinery and equipment firms, agri-food industry, services and institutions-, with a total commercial area that will exceed 10,000 square meters.

According to the president of Gastrónoma, «the fair has managed to consolidate itself as an annual reference point, both for professionals in the sector and for the gourmet public». In fact, Gastrónoma has managed to join efforts and add support from practically all sector representatives; «Collectives, associations, major brands and professionals contribute with us to launch the image of Valencian gastronomy.»

The director of Gastrónoma said that the call will have about 140 speakers and has highlighted some of the novelties, including the launch of new popular cooking competitions, «in which a nod to typical Valencian dishes such as titaina , the coca and the soup of pot with ball «.
