We will be staying with our accompanying guide Baraka in the departure zone of the Barcelona airport, terminal 1, at least 2 hours before the flight departure. Once we check and pass the security checks we will go to the boarding gate. We will fly from Barcelona to Edinburgh with Vueling Airlines. Once we pick up our luggage we will meet with our colleagues in Scotland, who will assist us during the transfer to our hotel to check-in. During the afternoon we will take a panoramic visit to the city of Edinburgh. Leisure time until dinner time.
EDIMBURG

Breakfast. We will go out to visit the city, including entrance to the Castle of Edinburgh. During the visit we will discover the elegant Georgian New Town, from the 17th century, and the historic Old Town. Edinburgh is the second most visited city in the United Kingdom, after London, and is also the seat of the Scottish Parliament. The parliament building is impressive. We will walk through the Mile Real and we will be able to visit the Castle. Free time until dinner time.
EDIMBURG – FIFE – ST. ANDREWS – PERTH – PITLOCHRT – Aviemore.
Hotel Strathspey, 3 *** or similar.
Breakfast. We will leave Edinburgh to the north, crossing the famous Forth Bridge, with its panoramic views of the Firth of Forth, and we will travel through the Kingdom of Fife, en route to St Andrews, spiritual center of Scotland and headquarters of the university old from that country. The city is famous for being the cradle of golf. We will visit the Cathedral and the Castle of St Andrews. We continue our route to Perth, the old capital of Scotland and seat of the Scottish crown until 1437, also known as La Bella City and gate of the Highlands. We continue our trip to Las Terres Altas through landscapes of the mountains. We will stop at Pitlochry, a typical Commercial Village of the Highlands and famous in the Victorian era as a city of high society vacations. Dinner.
Aviemore – WHISKY TRAIL – Inverness – AIVEMORE.
Hotel Strathspey, 3 *** or similar.
Breakfast. We will leave Aviemore and follow the route of the famous whiskey trail through Speyside, the cradle of whiskey, where we stop to visit a distillery and taste the most famous drink in Scotland. We continue north towards Elgin, going through its beautiful medieval cathedral on the way to Inverness, capital of the Highlands. We will take a panoramic tour of Inverness and we will have some free time to stroll through its streets. Return to Aivemore. Dinner.
Aviemore – LLAC NESS – ILLA SKYE.

Breakfast. In the morning, we will head towards Lake Ness, we cross the picturesque route on the shores of the lake to try to glimpse Nessie, the monster fleece that lives in the abyssal depths of the lake. We will continue to visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle. Our route continues westwards, through the Eilean Donan Castle, to the mystical Isle of Skye. We will tour the island enjoying the extraordinary views of Cuillin Hill. Dinner.
ILLA SKYE – GLENCOE – LLAC AWE – OBAN.

Breakfast. This morning we travel to Armadale, in Skye, where we will sail to the port of Mallaig. We follow the path of the islands, considerwest coast of Scotland, is on the banks of the Aray River, a river that flows into Lake Shira. Oban is one of the most bucolic places in Scotland. Dinner.
OBAN – LLAC LOMOND – GLASGOW.

Breakfast. We will continue along our route bordering Lake Fyne, and we will continue south-east to the edge of the famous Lake Lomond, one of the most captivating places in Scotland. Then we will head east to the town of Stirling, located in the center of Scottish history after witnessing the furious battles of the Independence Wars. The Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297, made famous by the Braveheart movie, was William Wallace’s greatest military victory and established him as the Scottish Resistance leader against the British. Visit the Stirling Castle, located on the rocky promontory that dominates the region. We will continue towards Glasgow. Dinner.
GLASGOW.

Breakfast. Today we will visit the city of Glasgow. Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland, and the third in the United Kingdom, located on the shores of the Clyde River, in the lowlands of the center-west of Scotland. Formerly it was a real and well-known city like the second city of the British empire at the Victorian time. We will start visiting the historical center that seems hidden after its industrial facade and its rows of Georgian houses. The charm of this city lies in its bustling streets, its great nightlife and its cultural atmosphere that distill its pubs and cafes. We will see the cathedral of St Mungo and Provard s Lordship, the oldest house in the city, and the only one that survives over time. We will continue to Merchant City, the most vibrant part of the city with its buildings, shopping centers, Coffees and monuments of classical invoice that breathe your leisure and cultural activity. The Gallery of Modern Art stands out, with its sculpture of a knight touched by a cone of traffic. Dinner.
GLASGOW – EDIMBURG.
